P7 RANGE
MX | 29" | 27.5"
ICONIC, TIMELESS & METAL
The P7 has been a staple in the lineup at Orange for more than 30 years! The P7 has evolved through numerous iterations, but each time it has been adapted, refined and improved to meet the exacting requirements of our customers and then some!
WHAT MAKES THE P7 STAND OUT
The P7 has always been at home at the more aggressive end of our range and that couldn’t be truer for the newest generation frames.
We’re no Stranger to MX wheeled bikes, we launched the Switch 6 back in 2019 and we’ve been huge fans for longer than that. Add in the success of our Crush MX and it made total sense to develop a MX wheeled P7
A no nonsense, refined, hardcore hardtail with a priority on fun and an appetite for just about anything you can throw at it.
MEET THE FAMILY
All P7 frames are Reynolds 525, hand welded by one of our partner factories which we have over a decade of experience with. Slacker head angles, steeper seat angles and all the mod cons you need to always have a good day on the trails. The new generation frames are without doubt our most comprehensive P7's to date.

SWEAT THE DETAILS
The P7MX is a Reynolds 525 frame, wielding 140mm of travel and as the name would suggest 29” front wheel and 27.5” rear wheel, hand welded by one of our partner factories we have over a decade of experience with. It is without doubt our most comprehensive P7 to date.
With MX wheels you gain the speed and confidence that a 29” wheel offers upfront, with extra grip and great roll-over capabilities. While the 27.5” rear wheel keeps the back end fun and clearance to a maximum, making no trail out of bounds.
Keeping the hardcore hardtail credentials in check a 64.5º head angle and 480mm reach (Size – L) paired up with a 430mm chainstay and 75.5º seat angle mean you’re ready for everything, up or down.
The P7MX comes equipped with a UDH gear hanger, so whether you want the newest T-type groupset or the comfort of knowing you can get a gear hanger anywhere, the option is yours. There is also an accessory mount under the top tube so you can now run an additional bottle or carry tools, the P7 still has cables and hoses externally routed, an ISCG05 mount for any chain management issues and a 44mm top and bottom headtube for all fork options, along with an updated and revised seat stay bridge offering more mud clearance than before.

Please note: This is for guidance only. You may be taller or shorter, it doesn't mean our bikes will not fit you. The best way to determine the correct bike size for you is to try one. We've added some more explanation on sizing theory here
Do what we do well.
The one thing that never changes is that everything will always
change. Once you accept that, the rest is easy.
We’re not middle men, we’re not box shifters, we’re doing what we do to make
mountain biking fun for anyone that wants to come aboard. Simple, well-made,
high-performance bicycles.
Increasingly we live in a global community and nearly everything is sourced from
anonymous factories from all over the world - the reason? Economics. Buy cheap,
sell high. We design all our frames here in the UK. Nothing gets picked from a
salesman’s catalogue.
ON top of that our high-end model’s frames are built from aircraft grade 6061
aluminium right here at our fabrication plant in Halifax (Elland), West Yorkshire. We
know it’s not cheap, it’s not meant to be easier - but we think it’s the best. It’s no
secret that we also have frame building partners in Taiwan, and we work only with
the best people with relationships going from fathers to sons - they are part of the
extended Orange family.
