CRUSH
27.5"
GENRE DEFINING GEOMETRY
When it comes to swift but gnarly hardtails the Orange Crush line-up is the benchmark others aim for. The original aluminium hardcore hardtail is always ahead of the game. The frame has gone through numerous evolutions and continues to be a trusted and reliable partner of new and seasoned riders.
WHAT MAKES THE CRUSH STAND OUT
The frame features a tapered headtube, giving us more weld area to add strength and provide more support for the lower headset bearing. Where others skimp on the bottom bracket shell, we belive the extra strength benefits of a 73mm width in this area pays back big-time of a hardtail that gets the thrashing we know a typical Crush will get.
MEET THE FAMILY
The current line-up of Crush is our broadest yet. Whether you're a fan of MX, 29" or 27.5 wheels, we have you covered. With great value complete bikes all the way through to frame only options so you can build your own dream machine.

ENTER THE CRUSH
Geometry is KING and our range of Crush depict that perfectly. A seat tube angle of 75.5º makes light work of the climbs whilst leaving some compliance to keep you comfortable. A slacker than normal head angle keeps everything under control even on the toughest of trails, and reach measurements that we've honed across the range to find the perfect fit.
Couple this with the reduced offset fork and our rider's weight balances perfectly in the attack position for a more balanced weight distribution and allows the front wheel to find grip and prevent front end wash-outs.
There are plenty more details to admire on our frames; a strong and secure bolt-through rear axle, cnc cable grommets that not only look great, but keep things tight when everything else around you is getting loose. Some neat new gusseting around the seat-stay adds strength and confidence.CRUSH GEOMETRY

Do what we do well.
The one thing that never changes is that everything will always
change. Once you accept that, the rest is easy.
We’re not middle men, we’re not box shifters, we’re doing what we do to make mountain biking fun for anyone that wants to come aboard. Hand crafted, reliable, high-performance bicycles.
Increasingly we live in a global community, and for others nearly everything is sourced from anonymous factories from all over the world - the reason? Economics. Buy cheap, sell high. We design all our frames here in the UK. Nothing gets picked from a salesman’s catalogue.
ON top of that our high-end model’s frames are built from aircraft grade 6061 aluminium right here at our fabrication plant in Halifax (Elland), West Yorkshire. We know it’s not cheap, it’s not meant to be easier - but we think it’s the best. It’s no secret that we also have frame building partners in Taiwan, and we work only with the best people with relationships going from fathers to sons - they are part of the extended Orange family.
