HANDBUILT IN HALIFAX
As always, our full suspension frames are handcrafted in our Halifax Factory, starting life as a sheet of aerospace grade aluminium, and leaving as a fully built bike that's ready to ride.
BEHIND THE SCENES
Let's share some images of the manufacturing process with you, so that you can see the hard work that goes in to each individual frame.
WELDING
After the sheet metal comes in, it's laser cut and formed to create our signature monocoque chassis pieces, ready to be seam welded and constructed by our experienced team.
FRAME PREP
After being welded, straightened and heat treated, the frames are checked for alignment, and sent to the paint department for etching and cleaning before paint.
FINISHING
The powder coating process ensures the best and most hard-wearing finish in our opinion, with decals being applied under the lacquer to keep things sleek.
ASSEMBLY
Once painted, our top drawer mechanics assemble the bikes in to what you see when they leave our UK factory. This ensures all bikes go out basically ready to ride and to the highest possible standard.
