THE PHASE MX Build
The Phase MX is our mixed size wheelset E.P.O model. With a 29” front wheel paired with a 27.5 rear wheel and 170 mm front and 165mm rear suspension travel, We think this makes the Phase MX a strong contender to be our most versatile E.P.O. model to date.

The Phase 29 is a revelation and we urge you to try one. E-bikes can be a devisive topic, but once you are bitten by the bug they are hard to resist.
WHAT MAKES THE PHASE STAND OUT
The Phase is the next step in the evolution of our E.P.O. program. At Orange it's all about the ride, and we've made substantial improvements to our e-bike chassis which delivers the most engaging trail feel to date.
The Phase will take on the biggest terrain, and is not shy when it comes to sending those gaps. Excelling where the uplift doesn't go. Some of the best trails lie beyond where your lift pass takes you – enter the Phase. Big adventures and an e-bike with big ideas, way above the lift station. Fast and sure footed, the stability in the Phase's geometry will give you confidence on any trail.
MEET THE FAMILY
The new Phase MX features a brand new and improved frame and the Shimano EP801 drive system with the 630Wh integrated battery, offering 25% more capacity for even longer rides.
The Phase 29 takes many of its traits from the new Stage 6, 64° head angle, 76° seat angle, reduced offset fork, increased reach and a metric shock but it also incorporates Shimano’s newest battery technology – 8035. The revised battery has meant that we are now able to considerably reduce the size of the down tube, add an On/Off switch to the top tube and the battery is now removable without a key.

CONSTRUCTION
At Orange we never stand still. With every iteration we hone our production processes to improve every frame's performance and features where needed. With our state of the art facility and aluminium craftsmen who hold years of experience, we think that the frames we produce today are among the finest we've ever made and indeed probably the finest in the world. We don't know of anyone else that goes to the lengths we do to create a performance mountainbike frame the way we do.
The 'Engine' SHIMANO EP801 DRIVE UNIT
We have worked closely with Shimano since the introduction of the very first Electric Powered Orange model. The Shimano drive assist philosophy is very much like our own. Their system does what it needs to do, then stays out of the way when it's done its job, letting you ride the way you want to.

mountain biking fun for anyone that wants to come aboard. Hand crafted, reliable, high-performance bicycles.
Increasingly we live in a global community, and for others nearly everything is sourced from
anonymous factories from all over the world - the reason? Economics. Buy cheap,
sell high. We design all our frames here in the UK. Nothing gets picked from a
salesman’s catalogue.
ON top of that our high-end model’s frames are built from aircraft grade 6061
aluminium right here at our fabrication plant in Halifax (Elland), West Yorkshire. We
know it’s not cheap, it’s not meant to be easier - but we think it’s the best. It’s no
secret that we also have frame building partners in Taiwan, and we work only with
the best people with relationships going from fathers to sons - they are part of the
extended Orange family.
