FAQ How do I get my Orange mountain bike re-sprayed?

We offer a full re-spray service on Orange Bikes (except the nickel coated frames). You can do this either directly with us or make arrangements through your dealer.

Before sending your frame to us directly you must place an order through our Repaint your ride page (located under the support tab).

When sending your frame for re-spray, remove all components and stickers, heli tape or scratch patches you may have applied to the frame. Package it carefully with your name clearly displayed and send to our factory address: Orange bikes ltd, Ainley Industrial Estate, Elland, Halifax HX5 9JP

When we receive your frame, we will strip the existing paint and prepare it for a fresh powder-coating. Fresh out of the oven we'll face and ream any excess paint, reassemble with new pivot bearings (for full suspension models), apply new decals and fit a metal headtube badge. Once that's is all boxed off the frame will leave with with our courier and make it's way back to you.

If you are local and wish to drop-off and/or collect your frame in person please let us know by emailing our sales team.

Expect a wait of 3-4 weeks depending on colour choice and schedule.

If you'd like to enquire about a different colour that isn't showing as available on our Repaint your ride page or have any other questions. Please email sales@orangebikes.com
